Cheshire Marble have completed the first of 41 executive box refurbishments at Leicester City Football Club this week. The plans include new corner units finished with Q-stone Pastel White quartz tops all curved using our Brembana CNC machine.

A new barn conversion development in East Winch have been put on the market recently. Each of the three new homes, converted from old agricultural buildings on Lower Farm, have been designed to the highest spec.

The kitchen is particular have been highlighted as top-end, with granite worktops and granite bathroom detail.

The Stables property features a 20ft kitchen with granite worktops and fitted appliances.

War Grave gets Granite Makeover

One of the most remote war graves in Britain is to get a granite upgrade. The grave belongs to an airman from Wiltshire, Sergeant Jack Emery, who died when his place crashed into a mountain in Scotland in 1941.

It took a month before the bodies of Jack, and 5 others were located, and a metal cross was erected on the spot as a commemoration.

The Commonwealth War Graves Commission have recently decided to replace the memorial with a sturdy, weather resistant granite block which will be inscribed with their names.

We’ve had a new batch in of River Valley White arrive this week. The material was brought in as a replacement to the Kashmire White granite which is in short supply in the UK at present.
